New Clients Rehab

Our elite level rehab team is here to help you get back from injury and restore peak performance. Each Therapy plan begins with a 1-on-1 assessment of goals and injury history. We perform an in-depth movement screen to identify any impairments that may be leading to your dysfunction. We will then use our experience to build you a customized recovery program that best fits your functional demands.


New Clients Performance

Every Athlete begins with a 1-on-1 assessment of goals, injury history, training history, and sports background. We perform an in-depth movement screen as well as speed, agility, strength, power and endurance testing. This provides a complete picture of the baseline mobility, stability and athleticism of each athlete.


Current Clients

Current clients can book 60 minute rehab or performance follow ups as well as 30 minute skilled manual therapy sessions to help them optimize recovery and stay on track for their goals.


Gamble Bay Fitness Members

We are proud to partner with the Gamble Bay fitness Co-Op and offer their members discounted rates on all initial assessments, follow ups, rehab and performance packages. Clients of Elite Kitsap interested in joining the Co-Op are offered discounted member rates.

Off Season Runner's Lifting

This Class is designed to help high school and middle school runners build greater capacity to handle the demands of their sport. We will begin each session with a dynamic warm up and a few basic drills to improve running form and ability. This Class is designed to help high school and middle school runners build greater capacity to handle the demands of their sport. We will begin each session with a dynamic warm up and a few basic drills to improve running form and ability. We will then perform 1 heavy squat or deadlift variation, 1 accessory lift, 1 single limb stability lift, 1 plyometric/explosive movement and finish with something fun for coaches and athletes. We will hold this class twice per week in the off season to promote consistent strength training for our local runners. Classes will be limited to 5 participants per session.

Caleb is a physical therapist, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’Youville University and his Bachelor of Science from SUNY Buffalo State College.

He has additional training and certifications in areas of neck and back pain, spinal manipulation, running gait analysis and treatment, sports therapy and dizziness.
